Dr. Alexandros G. Psychogios is Senior Lecturer on Management & HR as well as Academic Research Coordinator in the Department of Business Administration & Economicsin City College, International Faculty of the University of Sheffield. He is teaching Organizational Behavior, InternationalHuman Resources Management, Quality Management and Leadership. Moreover, he is a Research Track Leader ofEnterprise, Innovation and Development Research Trackin South Eastern European Research Centre (SEERC). Also, he is Adjunct Lecturer at the Hellenic Open University in which he teaches Total Quality Management & Environmental Resources Management. He is Visiting Researcher in GNOSIS Research Group of the Management School at the University of Liverpool.Furthermore, he is a Part-Time Instructor in The Greek National School of Public Administration, where he is teaching Quality Management for Public Services, and Personnel Management. He recently co-founded with Dr. Leslie Szamosi and Prof. Geoffrey Wood the Laboratory for Strategic People Management. He has participated in various research projects. He has, also, published several articles in many national and international academic journals concerning issues related to contemporary issues of management science such as International Human Resource Management, Knowledge Management & Organizational Learning, Total Quality Management, Lean Six Sigma, and New Public Management. His research interests are associated with International HRM & Business Strategy, Knowledge Management and Change, Organizational Learning and Development, Organizational Theory and Analysis, Quality Management Programmes / Total Quality Management and their impact on HR, and Public Services Management.
