RDN Virtual Training Suite
A set of free "teach yourself" tutorials designed to help students, lecturers and researchers improve their Internet information skills and learn what the Internet can offer in their subject. The tutorials take around an hour each to complete, and include quizzes and interactive exercises to lighten the learning experience.

TONIC (The Online Netskills Interactive Course)
TONIC is a course of instruction on using the Internet produced by Netskills with support from the JISC. TONIC is an easy-to-understand, structured overview of networking and the Internet which offers step-by-step, practical guidance on a range of topics. The use of the TONIC course is free, but users are required to register in order that the system can track their progress and achievements during sessions.
