Library collections

The library stock is arranged by subject, using the Dewey Decimal Classification System. The collections are divided between the second, the third and fourth floor of the Proxenou Koromila Building. The second floor houses the books of the Business & Economics Department, the third floor stores the Computer Science, the Psychology books, as well as, books that cover disciplines in the fields of Humanities, Sciences, Literature & Fiction, while the fourth floor houses the Engligh language learning & grammar book collection. Periodicals are shelved near the books they are thematically related to, and are arranged alphabetically by title. In total, the library has over 28,000 books and several thousand current journals both in printed and electronic format. We also hold a significant range of resources in other media, including videos, cassettes and audiobooks.

Most of the stock is listed in the web-based Online Catalogue, which can be accessed both from the local network and remotely as well.
