Mr.I.Papaconstantinou has an extensive working and managerial experience. He has worked for 4 years as Research and Development Manager at the Exporters’ Association of Northern Greece. He was promoted to the position of Director of the Export’s Research and Studies Institute where he served for 3 years. Since August 2000 he is working as a Management Expert – Special Consultant at Thessaloniki Port Authority S.A. His current research interests are in the area of organisational flexibility through the restructuring of organisations. Since June 1999, Mr Papaconstantinou is member of the Board of Directors of HELEXPO S.A. and since March 2001 Commissioned Director of HELEXPO S.A. with major duty the supervision of trade fairs organised by the company.

Research Interests: Organisational Behaviour, Export Marketing.
