Dr Michaelides- Nicolaou is an AIM (Advanced Institute of Management) Research Fellow at the University of Liverpool Management School, UK. Primary focus is the research and transfer of Advanced Internet Methods and Emergent Systems to e-businesses. Lecturing on e-Business Strategy, Logistics and International Trade, Innovation Technology Models at The University of Liverpool Management School, UK. She is currently involved in large scale research collaborations across Institutions such as Imperial College and Cambridge University (EPSRC Project: Grand Challenge) and in a European project around clustering converging technology transfer and innovative SMEs across 12 European regions.
Dr Michaelides-Nicolaou has also extensive working experience in e-government system implementations as a Senior Research Associate at the University of Liverpool Management School. She was Head of Recruitment and Admissions at The University of Bolton responsible for extending and implementing the University Enterprise Management System to include Admissions and Recruitment operations. Lecturing at the University of Bolton Programming Languages: C++, Data Structures.
