Dr Dimitriadis’ Seminar in the news

On 10th of October 2011 Dr Nikolaos Dimitriadis Lecturer of the Executive MBA programme CITY College, International Faculty of the University of Sheffield and General Director of ‘Touchpoint’ delivered successfully the marketing seminar with subject: Marketing Upside down: New priorities that change the game in Belgrade Hyatt Regency Hotel.

In the seminar Dr Dimitriadis presented a provocative view of the marketing that goes beyond conventional thinking and university textbooks. The attendees had a unique opportunity to witness the latest scientific research outcomes, global business trends and Dr Dimitriadis’ 360o experience as a marketing professional. The lively seminar suggested that marketers need to redefine their position within the organizations by applying groundbreaking ideas by leading their teams towards a new marketing reality. According to Dr Dimitriadis nothing of the above will be possible if marketers do not constantly challenge their own practices, mindset and rules and if they do not embrace a continuous learning approach that brings positive change to them, their team and their organization.

In conclusion the seminar gave the opportunity to participants to gain a deep understanding and knowledge of how to use effectively the new marketing priorities.

The seminar was well attended by a big group of professionals and executives who had the chance to generate a discussion in the end.

The event was organized in the frame of the Executive MBA delivered by the International Faculty of the University of the Sheffield, CITY College, directly in Belgrade.
