About EXED

EXED was created by CITY College in order to provide a centre in which the educational needs of organisations and business executives can be accommodated with minimum disruption to everyday operations and activities.

Organisations operating in today’s complex global economy are making increasingly sophisticated demands on their staff. Ambitious business executives are wishing to improve their career prospects or to lay the foundations for a career change. EXED has a mission to anticipate and to respond to all such demands by providing appropriate skills, tools and techniques to organisations and business executives through an ongoing educational process of lifelong learning. EXED is continually reassessing, revising and enhancing its services to cater for the changing needs of organisations and individuals as diverse as multinational companies, government organisations and aspiring entrepreneurs.

Lifelong learning means that executives can continue their education as and when they choose throughout their career without giving up their positions. For example, in conjunction with the University of Sheffield EXED offers a portfolio of carefully designed Master’s degrees delivered not only in Thessaloniki but also by the same staff in other major centres of the region. EXED staff are highly experienced

During our programmes, opportunities are created for executives to meet, mix and interact with each other in the increasingly important process of personal network creation. After a programme is completed, EXED continues to offer this facility for executives to maintain contact with each other indefinitely.

As well as the Master’s programme EXED will tailor-make on demand company or industry specific seminars and workshops. It organises and promotes international conferences on topical issues of interest to the region.
