Successful HR Seminar by Dr Alexandros Psychogios in Romania

 

Dr Alexnadros Psychogios, Senior Lecturer in Management & HR at CITY College, successfully delivered a, insightful business seminar entitled ‘Total Quality Leadership: Enhancing Day-to-Day Leadership in a Complex Business Environment’.

The event took place at the Hilton Hotel in Bucharest, Romania, on Friday 5^th of March 2010. Jointly organised by CITY’s Executive Education Centre (EXED) and the British-Romania Chamber of Commerce the seminar’s aim was to reach and further educate the business community of Bucharest.

In his lively presentation, Dr Psychogios talked about total quality leadership (TQL) practices and presented new ways in which companies can lead and manage employees within today’s rapidly progressing and changing business environment. At the end of his presentation the speaker answered to participants’ questions.

At the end of the event Mr. George Efstathiadis, Director of EXED and MBA programme Director and Ms Alina Vasile, CITY’s Country Manager in Romania had the opportunity to share the CITY’s vision of education and present the Executive MBA programme.

The seminar was well attended by more than 150 business professionals from different industries.
