Business Seminar on Services Marketing by Dr. Alexandris in Belgrade
The Executive Education Centre (EXED) of CITY College, International Faculty of the University of Sheffield in cooperation with the Serbian Chamber of Commerce successfully organised a business seminar on services marketing delivered by Dr. Kostas Alexandris, Lecturer, Executive Education Centre, CITY College. The event took place at the Serbian Chamber of Commerce, 23rd February 2009.

The two-hour seminar entitled “Are your Customers Happy? Measuring Customer Satisfaction in the Service Industry,” focused on the understanding of the role of customer satisfaction in developing consumer loyalty. Dr Alexandris also went through the analysis of the techniques and methodologies that can be used for measuring customer satisfaction and service quality.
The seminar was well-attended by Serbian entrepreneurs and business professionals and received very positive comments.
