The Business Administration and Economics Department (BAED) is located at Leontos Sofou Building (3, L. Sofou str., second entrance 23, Dodekanisou str.).
The education offered by the Department aims at:
- enabling students to acquire specialised scientific knowledge, as well as to provide a basis for their personal, social and cognitive development
- introducing students to the issues and problems associated with the business world
- developing suitable skills and experience in working in groups towards the accomplishment of a common goal or series of tasks
- developing competency in the main business fields, i.e. marketing, management, finance etc.
- developing the skills necessary to present their opinions on all aspects of the business world in a professional, principled and constructive way
- integrating a practical industrial dimension into the curriculum
